“Iceni Homes’ first two years have been exciting and have seen us successfully working in partnership with our member Housing Associations
across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk and achieving our goal of increasing the
affordable housing provision for those who most need it. With a partnership
agreement with Key Communities, (a development consortium of 7 RSLs including BPHA, a Housing Corporation development partner), we
are facing a very bright future with strength and confidence. Our focus
continues to be on partnership working with the Housing Corporation, local
authorities, developers, contractors and all those that share our vision
of building well designed, high quality, affordable homes for those in housing
need.
